I'm hoping that someone might have a fix for me. I have tried to tried looking at other forums but I found nothing.
I downloaded fallout 4 for the Xbox one game pass and every time I go to the main menu the Mods and creator club are greyed out. I have checked my internet and it is fine because other games operate fine, also i have a few games that also need updates but wont update they just try for a bit then stop never downloading anything. I have been trying for a couple days to install the game but everytime i try it says it is setting up the cache files but always times out after about a minute.
